This is a little clip from one of my favorite TV shows (out of the 3 I watch...) British Top Gear. The transitions are always great in this show but in this particular scene there are just cuts. What I like about this transition though is that it goes through multiple cuts before getting to the actual next scene. As you can see from the clip is shows snippets of the track and back to the car again a few times which really gets you pumped to see how fast the car is going to go.

I think I will pass on the million dollar car! The editing in this clip is AMAZING.
